Top 10 architecture companies, 10 most active investors in Vietnam

2018 marks the 14th time of BCI ASIA to organize this annual awards night in Asia including: Hong Kong (China), Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

This year, the category of architectural companies participating in the BCI ASIA Awards 2018 has a total project value of nearly $ 7.57 billion. At the same time, the portfolio of investor companies also has a total project value of up to 3.92 billion USD.

Top 10 leading investors honored in 2018 include Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company; Empire Group; FLC Group; Hung Thinh Real Estate Business Investment Joint Stock Company; MBLand Corporation; Phuc Khang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company; Sun Group Joint Stock Company (Sun Group); Tien Phuoc Real Estate Joint Stock Company; VinaCapital Real Estate Company Limited; Vingroup company.

Top 10 Architecture companies honored in 2018 include: Archetype Vietnam Co., Ltd; Southeast Asia BE Co., Ltd; Vietnam Architecture Consultancy and Design Joint Stock Company (DAC); Darkhorse Architecture Co., Ltd .; DP Design Consultancy Company Limited; GK Archi Company Limited; Mai-Archi Construction Design Consultant Company Limited; NQH Architecture Company Limited; RSP Architectural Construction Co., Ltd (Vietnam); CP West Green Design.

The awards night is also seen as a specialized exchange forum in the field of construction with the participation of more than 300 guests of architecture & construction associations, investor companies, architects, consultants, major contractors and local and international manufacturing and service providers.

The BCI ASIA Awards 2018 also announced and awarded the following awards:

11th FuturArc Prize: Green Design Award for architects and students. Vietnam has 3 groups winning prizes, in which the Student category: the second prize belongs to Nguyen Quynh Nghi group - Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture and the consolation prize belongs to Trinh Tuan Dung group - University of Architecture and Dong Do University of Hanoi. ; Architectural category: The consolation prize belonged to Tran Ngoc Ban group.

FuturArc Green Leadership Award: Green Design Award for Architecture firm, this year Vietnam has 4 winning projects, and 3 winners.

Interior Design Award: Interior Design Award, this is the first year this competition is held in Vietnam for Investors and design companies, and there have been nine projects winning consolation prizes.
